[Histonet] Specimens from patient on Chemotherapy

Seeking advice from those that know...

I am wondering if anyone is handling/processing any lab specimen differently for patients currently taking chemo drugs or shelf 3 or 4 level drugs?
We are currently looking and a new chemo spill protocol and this has gotten me to thinking.
