We keep them (per NYS regulation) for the term of the persons employment, plus 2 years

Hi Anne - Interesting question.  Our Human Resources department keeps records of annual reviews, which include annual competencies,  for 10 years following the separation of the employee from the system.
I'm curious what others are doing, and does it vary from state to state. Terri

Hey everyone, does the yearly employee competency assessments need to be kept for just 2 years or for the entire time an employee is there. I have some old ones I want to toss, but I just wanted to be sure. Thanks Anne
