[Histonet] Trouble shooting issues

Can anyone let me know what possible causes for the poor staining quality
might be?

I believe it to be a processing issue as all other adjustments I have made
so far have not improved the quality,   however pathologists feel it is a
microtomy issue. Trying to get outside answers to improve the quality of
specimen if possible
