[Histonet] Job Descriptions

Hello Histo Peeps,


My director has asked me to help her develop new job descriptions in the hopes of retaining histotechs by giving them a career ladder.  She would like to have 3 levels for HT's and 3 levels for HTL's. If anyone has any suggestions, please reply or shoot me a personal e-mail.  I would greatly appreciate the help!   Thanks so much!
