Hi Lisa,

We keep them in solution at 56-60 degrees overnight, and typically start differentiation between the 15-20 hour range.

Thanks,

Subject: [Histonet] Luxol fast Blue Question (EXTERNAL EMAIL)

Hello All,

When performing a LFB for myelin and nissl, how long does everyone keep their slides in the LFB solution for and what temp do you use? Most procedures say "overnight" and Sheehan states 16-24 hours.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!
