[Histonet] sakura prisma stainer problem

Hello..Tech support with Sakura is not open yet so I was hoping maybe
someone can help me here.

 

We have words on the computer screen for the Prisma stainer that shows
something that we haven't seen before. The words, "Maintenance Program" is
there.  We shut it down and turned it on to get to our normal screen so we
can start staining, but it still goes to this.

 

If anyone can help us out..thank you in advance
