[Histonet] Direct Immunofluorescence

Happy Thanksgiving Histonetters !

My lab is wanting to possibly start doing DIF's in our laboratory.  The lab currently performs IHC on the Dako Autolink 48 and Omnis.
We have a cryostat and other laboratory instrumentation.  I am looking for material and methods.
Would appreciate any information.
