You may have a tissue adhesions problem. Your tissue may not be dry completely before going to the stainer said the sections are lifting and folded in the reagent bath.

Subject: [Histonet] Folded Sections

>From one day to the next I am getting folded sections after staining. There does not seem to be an issue when sectioning. I see the folding once the slide is stained. I only do skin, any ideas what is going on? No changes in procedure or reagents from last week to this week.
