[Histonet] Thermo Microm STP120 tissue Processor

Our machine has started to act wonky,  we can not raise the lid, as it gives up a warning of Solid Paraffin, even after 5 hours.  It did this last week when we went to use it and we had to reset the processor, losing all of our stored programs.  Today even that isn't working.   Any one else had this problem.  No need to reply if you haven't experienced this with a Thermo STP120.
