I used Cerner AB&T for several years. It was highly adaptable and there was suitable integration of data between cytology and histology. I'll begin using Vantage in the coming weeks and could give you a better comparison. In general, the upfront work to customize AB&T has to be done otherwise you won't reap the benefits of the system.
