[Histonet] NGS Testing

I know this question is somewhat out of our domain, but are any of you engaged in "Next Generation Sequencing" (NGS) testing on patient FFPE cancer specimens?  If so, what's your experience with insurance pre-certification and reimbursement?  Thank you as always.
