Page 43, Method II
1. Deparaffinize and hydrate to water.2. Wash in distilled water.3. Immerse slides in 100 ml of 70% alcohol, to which has been added 2 ml of 28% ammonium hydroxide, for 3 hours.4. Rinse in water.5. Rinse in 1% glacial acetic acid.6.
