Hi Charles,

The only concern mentioned was the intensity of and distribution of the OG. OG and EA are interdependent in the pap stain and it may just be a matter of adjusting the times for OG and EA.

A good book on the topic that I recommend is "Cytopreparation, Principles and Practice" by Gary Gill. It contains an entire chapter dedicated to the pap stain.
