Yes, we've had excellent results using their clone "D4D6". We use it at 1:50 dilution on the Leica Bond Max following high-pH retrieval. Please contact me directly if you require additional information.

Has anyone had success with the ROS1 antibody from CellSignaling? I just can't seem to get it working beyond what our pathologist call "a faint blush". I would greatly appreciate if you would be wiling to share your protocol!
