[Histonet] Peloris II Tissue Processor

Does anyone use the Peloris II processor from Leica. We are looking to
purchase and I want some background information

1. What are its advantages?

2. What are the disadvantages?

3. Have you experience any technical issue/downtime and how quickly did
Leica respond to fix the problem?

4. On a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best how would you compare it to
other processors you have used before?

Any help would greatly be appreciated
