[Histonet] Core transplants in TMA's

I am currently working on creating TMA's using a semi-automated machine.  I punch all recipient and donor cores and transplant as well.

When transplanting, even though I've set the distance from the recipient block to the puncher accurately, it still seems the core is being smashed when I transplant it.

Any ideas or suggestions?  Should I re-embed the donor blocks before or is the problem in the initial coring?
