[Histonet] JC requirement for stain QC question

Hi Tim,

We have a form here that was developed after a similar inspection.  The form has quality control indicators for both the histologist and pathologist to review.  At the end of the day, the pathologist will initial as reviewed for the entire form.  He also documents QC in the patients report for Specials and IHC controls.
