[Histonet] Villanueva Osteochrome Bone Stain on already embedded ground sections

Hello everyone,


I was just wondering if anyone has a protocol for staining undecalcified bone already embedded in poly(methyl methacylate) using the Villanueva Osteochrome Bone Stain?  I have 30-40 micron thick samples and I cannot deplasticize my samples as suggested by the manufacturer's protocol because my samples have been glued-to and ground-on plastic slides.
