[Histonet] pH of stainer waste water flow

Hi guys- anyone know the overall pH of waste water coming off an automated stainer?  Yeah, I know different models and solutions-- but a general response (acid/base/neutral) for a whole process would be helpful....

The city tested our run off and after 4+ years with the exact same process our waste is coming out waaaay too acidic. 

Help?
