[Histonet] Cryojane aqueous buffer salt mix

I'm having a lot of artifacts when using the cryojane system (collagen splaying, vacuoles, etc). I do not see this if I do standard brush technique on this frozen tissue. 

I am not using the Cryojane aqueous buffer salt mix. Is this something that helps with this. If not what is this Cryojane aqueous buffer salt mix for?
