Hello,

in the Netherlands (Europe), the Dutch Society of Pathologists, has made a
document called "code for good use of body materials".
This advice is established after an juridical consultation in connection
with the excisting legal provisions.

The standard for now (since 2011) is:

blocks 115 years
frozen material 30 years
slides (glass or digital) 30 years
reports 30 years
