[Histonet] Multiplex IF staining

Hello Hist-world,
Does anyone have experience doing FISH/double IF staining? My newest project is to combine a FISH probe (texas red) with anti-Staufen IF (green secondary) and anti-MBNL1 IF (secondary TBD). So I've got a red, green, and blue (DAPI counterstain) already. If I used a yellow secondary for the MBNL1, would you be able to see the difference between that and the green? I'm running out of colors here! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
