[Histonet] Medicare 14 day rule

I am just curious on  how everyone is handling the Medicare 14 day rule when sending blocks out to reference labs for testing?
Are you just holding on to those blocks for 14 days post discharge for inpatients then sending out? Reregistering these with the
Date of Service as when you are sending these blocks out? Any input is appreciated!
