Hello Histonetters,

I have read in the past e-mails that some of you have used CD8a Rat
monoclonal from Angio-Proteomie cat#mAP-0036 for IHC on FFPE mouse tissue.
I have tried the antibody on Lieca Bond RX and did not get any good result.
Could you share your protocol?

My protocol using Bond Polymer Refine kit was:

Dewax
ER2 20min
Peroxidase block 5min
Marker (CD*8 1:100)
Rabbit anti-rat 8min
Polymer 8min
DAB 10min
Hematoxylin 10min

Any help is appreciated.
