[Histonet] DIF on paraffin embedded tissue

Interesting comments.  The use of this sample depends on if the antigen survives fixation and paraffin embedding.  About 45-55% of our work is done with immunofluorescence on FFPE slides.  we quench the autofluorescence with a CuSO4 treatment.
