[Histonet] formaline 40% with crystals at the bottom

we have a bottle of formaline 40% with crystals at the bottom. Can we used it? is there any way to re-suspend the crystals? Better dispose of it? and, BTW, do you know why it crystallized? by its side there is another bottle, same batch, with no crystals.

I am a little confused, could this actually be alcoholic formalin? I've seen crystals form in alcoholic formalin when it is made with absolute rather that 50%. Normally we see white powder form when formalin dries.
