[Histonet] TSA detection (during immunoflurorescence) on buffy coat slides

Hi all,

Does anyone have experience with multiple immunofluorescence on buffy coat slides?  And further, has anyone used TSA detection when doing IF on buffy coats?  I just wanted to know if there are any special considerations to take when using TSA detection during multiple labeling of buffy coats.
