[Histonet] Embedding Center Temperature

Hi,
I am curious about which temperatures people are tracking on their embedding centers for CAP, and how they are tracking them.  If you are tracking the temps for the forceps and hot and cold plates, are you using the internal thermometer or measuring the temperature another way?
