We use the SP6 rabbit monoclonal, formerly from NeoMarkers - they now belong to Thermo. Several companies sell this clone; I know AbCam also has it. It does require heat-mediated AR for FFPE tissues, but works beautifully in mouse & human; I don't think I've used it on rat.
