[Histonet] Cytologic and Frozen Specimens - IHC Techniques

Is anyone able to recommend a good reference on preparation techniques for immunostaining of cytologic and frozen specimens? I'm studying for the qIHC exam and I'm striking out with my usual sources (Carson, DAKO guide, etc.) on some of the more specific questions in these areas.
