[Histonet] Decalcified tissue disclaimer for IHC

Good afternoon Histonet Folks,

         We now need to include a disclaimer for IHC done on decalcified tissue. (It's probably been covered here and I just woke up to it) I am not the best with words so I am asking if anybody would be kind enough to share their disclaimer. I hate to reinvent the wheel.
