[Histonet] Cost per block on the Sakura Xpress

Dear Histonetters,
Does anyone have an algorithm for cost per block on the Sakura Xpress? I would need it for biopsy specimens only. I inherited one of these machines and before I put it into use, I want to know what it will cost me and yes I have reached out to Sakura (Florida) but not all my questions have been answered as of yet.
