[Histonet] RE: Formic acid disposal?

Our waste removal guys just had me put Formic acid in with all the other liquid wastes - alcohols, xylenes, wastes from special stains, etc. they disposed of it.

Can anyone who is using formic acid in their lab tell me how they handle/dispose of it after use?  I realize there is some variability by region, but any help would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
