[Histonet] Workload

I measure productivity by unit per task (specimens, blocks, slides). There is no right or wrong, but there are multiple tasks associated w/ a CPT code. I suggest you talk to you management or finance and find out what they use to measure productivity. Using their method/units allows for roll up to other reports.
