[Histonet] IHC weekend coverage

We have Saturday lab coverage which consists of a single histotech and only inpatient OR samples are cut.  We do not perform IHC or specials on the weekend.

We have Saturday lab coverage which includes IHC.
Case/slides vary between 8-15/25-85.  This includes multiplex and ISH.
