We do HP and Mart-1 testing in house by hand using concentrates.  It's a pretty basic set up using a pressure cooker, stain tray, pap pen, and the reagents. At this point in time it's less expensive than automation.  We start them around 10 am and finish around 12 or 1 pm.

Is it a pain in the neck to do it  by hand? I'd like to bring my h pyloris in house as well. I'm trying to create more revenue to support a 2nd histotech.
