I would like to ask if it's possible to do a Fouchet's reaction in the first part of the stain; then instead of doing the Van Giesens as the counter stain can I just use Nuclear Fast Red? For some reason my Steins Iodine stain isn't getting the bile green? Thank you for any suggestions.
