I have experienced the same issue off and on. I think there are bad lot numbers on occasion. Perhaps you could get them to exchange them for a different lot? I am also suspect that some companies have started using inferior metal that just won't hold an edge as long. Just like microtome blades, sometimes you just get a bad box. Our pathologists use the double edge blades (Pathco) and recently have been complaining about them being dull. Anyone else experiencing this?
