are you looking for the stats in the notes for ANP. 22970 (2012) ?
 
"overall ER negative breast ca ( invasive DCIS) should not exceed 30% ( lower average 20-35% in post menopausal) , lower in well differentiated tumors...etc."
 
I sure CAP can also send or repeat them to you if  you prefer to call them.
