[Histonet] Best Study material for HTL

Fellow Histonetters.  I will sit for the HTL exam over next three to four months.  Per the ASCP suggested list, the following study materials were suggested  as study for the HTL.  Any thoughts on narrowing the list of study materials or are all materials  indicted necessary?
