I have a question for those labs still performing Electron Microscopy for diagnosis. What do you do if you have a specimen that turns out to be "unsatisfactory" for evaluation after you have done all the prep work? Can you bill an 88348 (technical charge) without billing the professional fee (88348-26)? Thank you.
