Yes, we have one. Our first one was a lemon, but was replaced at no cost. Ever since then we had no problems whatsoever with it. We like it, because it has a small foot print and the printing is very clear, even with bar codes. The cons might be, that you have to unload the slides after a while (maybe after 15 - 20 slides). But this is not even a negative for us.

We are close to the General Data model, however, this Primera looks kinda cool.
