[Histonet] Slide Mate Print Quality

In answer to the question about the Slide Mate printing coming off of the slides, we had the same issue about a year ago.  At first Thermo though it was the ribbon but it turned out the problem was with the slides.  We use the Shandon Superfrost Plus (Cat# 6776214).  We contacted Thermo/Shandon and they sent us a different lot.  We had to go through about three different lots before the problem was resolved.
