Subject: [Histonet] Xylene Substitute Protocols

Hello all,

Would anyone mind sharing their xylene substitute protocols for their automatic staining, to include the mountant type for coverslipping? We have tried a few, but without much success. We are currently trying Leica's Sub-X, also without much success.

I greatly appreciate the insight!
