[Histonet] Thermo Shandon Excelsior tissue processor

We have the same type of processor (using paraffin) but I listed the
person's information who provides service to ours and perhaps he can help.
He worked at Thermo a handful of years specializing on processors so he
knows them very well.  

Also, he does an excellent job providing PMs and general support.
