Currently we have a IHC QC form for every case that we run. It lists dr, antibody, date, comments, quality results. The HT and pathologist sign off on the quality. Is this necessary for every case or can we do a daily log for all cases? This process is a little time consuming. Does anyone have a good process in place that they can share? Thank you.
