We use xylene substitute for everything in our lab instead of xylene, including in our Prisma stainer. We are looking to purchase the coverslipper and link, which needs to use xylene with the coverslipper tape, and also in the last station of the stainer. Has anyone ever had to use both xylene and xylene substitute (Citra-clear) in their staining process? Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Tanya
