[Histonet] rare testing

Looking for a lab(s) that can perform any or all of the following:

IHC for nuclear estradiol Beta R,  MYC-N,  VDR (vitamin D receptor), PDGFR, EGFR, VEGFR, IL-4R

Gene expression testing: MET, IGF, BAX (to determine sensitivity to Adriamycin and doxorubicin) and p53
