Google CPT Standard 2014 many sites have it for sale, I would suggest a new one each year so you can understand the changes which are happen quite frequently in Pathology and will for a while.

Does anyone know where I can find a list of all the special stains/IHC stains with their appropriate CPT code?  Is there a book to buy or can I google it and print something off? Thanks!
