[Histonet] RE: competency form

I was having the same problems with developing competency records for my cytotechnologist.  I found this article from ADVACE for Adminstrators to be very helpful in creating my competency forms.  We just had an on-site CAP inspection and it seemed to satisfy them.   Hope this link is helpful.   The article's author is Teresa Scott.
